Jaret Monak, a dedicated and passionate bartender, measures success by happiness—a lesson from his Grandpa. He believes in teamwork and always takes a moment to assist a co-worker, knowing that small acts on and off the floor can brighten someone's day. Jaret is a Certified Bourbon Professional through the Council of Whiskey Masters and a proud member of the United States Bartenders Guild of Denver, bringing four years of experience to the bar.

Jaret thrives on crafting cocktails and contributing to memorable nights for guests. He enjoys recommending cocktails that bring immense joy to patrons. In his free time, he loves hiking, whittling wood into animal figures, and learning to play the tin whistle. Originally from Huron, OH, Jaret is excited to collaborate with the rest of the Alberico bar team to elevate their bar program, making each guest's experience unforgettable.
