Ben-Zion Yaakoby

General Manager

A Midwest native, Ben found his way to Boulder through the University of Colorado where he also played hockey.  He started working at Pizzeria Locale (now Alberico) in the late summer of 2018 and worked his way up through various roles, becoming Floor Manager, Assistant General Manager in 2023, and General Manager in early 2024. Since getting his private pilot license and instrument rating you can find Ben flying planes in the Colorado area, riding his bike, hanging with his dog Ryder, at the gym, or at Sweet Cow ice cream.
